Processing & Shipping Times All our soaps are handmade with love and care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. During busy seasons or when restocking fresh batches, please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Domestic Shipping Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Orders Delivery times vary by country and customs. Most international packages arrive within 7–21 days, but some delays may occur.

Shipping Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges once an item has been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Refunds Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for unused products in their original packaging. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a refund.
